Contact Tuya customer service personnel after providing the following information. Tuya will troubleshoot the fault for you.

1. Platform: Android or iOS

2. SDK version number: for example, 2.9.1

3. App key of the app applied for from the IoT platform

4. Error code, for example, 103, or detailed error information
