Most our Skill users log in from the USA region. If your account is registered at other regions (such as Europe or China), a user data synchronization problem will happen.
After registration, the data synchronization service on the service end will perform a global synchronization of user region information. This is supposed to be completed in seconds theoretically. However, due to complicated international network environment that may cause synchronization delay or failure, you are advised to wait a moment before binding the Skill.
